Registration check-in is from 2:00-5:30 PM MST on Sunday. February 9, 2020.
Taxi service, town-cars, limos and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available to transport you from Salt Lake International Airport to Snowbird. If you opt for a rental car, parking will be provided at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. Valet is available for an additional fee. Transportation options take approximately 45-50 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Your registration for SimpleNexus User Group includes conference attendance, conference meals on the days specified, and your choice of a spa day or a ski excursion with lift pass and ski equipment rental.
Attendees are required to coordinate their own travel to and from the event as well as their hotel accommodations.
ROOM RATE: SimpleNexus has reserved a special conference hotel rate of $245 per night at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird during the conference. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
RESORT FEE: $20.00 per room per night will be added to the guestroom charges and billed to the master account or paid by the individuals as an incidental charge. Amenities currently include high-speed wireless internet in lodging rooms and most public space, free self parking at all lodges, fitness center use, in-room coffee at the Cliff Lodge and hot beverages in the Lodge at Snowbird lobby, USA Today, 800 number phone calls, faxing and first 15 minutes free computer use in business center. Private lockers for ski and snowboard storage, weekly ski movies, UTA bus service between Snowbird and Alta Resorts, beginner-hill night skiing Friday & Saturday, conditions permitting. A portion of the Snowbird resort fee is matched by a congressional grant through the National Forest Foundation funding local organizations such as the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation.
ROOM TAXES: All lodging rates and resort fees are exclusive of the Utah state sales tax (currently 12.32%). Tax rates and fees are subject to change and the current taxes and fees in effect at the time of your meeting will apply.
RESERVATION METHOD--Individual Call-in: Guests will make own lodging reservations directly with Snowbird’s Central Reservation Office by calling 1-800-453-3000 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Individuals are encouraged to identify themselves as part of the group block to receive the discounted group rate and minimize potential Performance/Attrition damages to the Group.
LODGING DEPOSIT for Individuals: A two-night deposit per room is required at the time the reservation is made. Room, tax, and fees for the entire stay are required 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received, the rooms will be returned to Snowbird’s inventory, though this shall not release or reduce the Group’s liability for attrition or cancellation damages.
LODGING CANCELLATIONS: The individual reservation lodging deposit is fully refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations canceled 29-15 days prior to the arrival date will be charged two (2) night’s lodging, tax and fees. Reservations canceled within 14 days prior to the arrival date are fully non-refundable. No-shows, delayed arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations.
The recommended attire for SimpleNexus User Group for both daytime education sessions and evening activities is mountain casual. Suitable mountain casual attire ranges from jeans, boots, and a rugged button-up shirt to khakis, loafers, and a sport coat.
Remember we are in the mountains so layers (preferably with wicking material) are best, as are snow pants, a snow jacket, extra warm socks, gloves and goggles for nighttime ski activities.
Refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend SimpleNexus User Group, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to sloffer@SimpleNexus.com with the new attendee’s name and contact information by Friday, January 31, 2020 at 5:00 PM MST. Transfers are subject to a $150 transfer fee. Registration transfers will not be considered after January 31, 2020. Hotel reservation cancellations and/or substitutions must be taken care of directly with the hotel. Hotel cancellation policies may vary.
